Google Workspace changes coming July 2022. Read the announcement on how this will impact you.
Through a partnership with Google, our undergraduates, graduates, alumni, faculty and staff have access to accounts (firstname.lastname@ontariotechu.net) powered by G-Suite for Education (previously known as UOITnet). This is a rich suite of communication and collaboration tools designed to enhance our ability to work together. G-Suite for Education is available to users via any internet-connected computer or mobile device.

Login Instructions

Students
- Login to your OntarioTechU.net account by following these instructions.
- If you require to reset your password because you have forgotten or you are new to the University, follow the Resetting Network Password instructions.

Faculty and Staff
If you do not have an account and would like to request one:
- Visit OntarioTechu.net Account Request tool.
- Follow the Login Procedure instructions if you are logging in for the first time.
If you already have an account please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit http://mail.ontariotechu.net.
Step 2: You will be prompted by Ontario Tech's authentication to log in with your 100xxxxxx and network password.
Step 3: You will be logged into your OntarioTechU.net account where you can select the application you wish to use.
