No. Staff wishing to order a mobile device must submit a request to the IT Service Desk. IT Services will then send a smartphone request form to the staff requesting the phone. Once the completed form is returned to IT Services, the phone order will be sent to the provider. When the phone arrives, IT Services will contact the end user to schedule a convenient time to setup the device. A purchase order is not necessary as the vendor will invoice the user directly.
