Microsoft 365

All students and employees at Ontario Tech University have access to the Microsoft 365 suite of productivity and collaboration tools, while attending or employed at the university.

Note: Once a student or an employee leaves the university, their Ontario Tech Microsoft license will expire and they will no longer be able to access their Microsoft data in OneDrive, Teams or other Microsoft software.  

Login instructions:

• Step 1: Visit https://office.com. 
• Step 2: Enter your Ontario Tech email address in the sign-in field and select Next.
• Step 3: On the Ontario Tech authentication page enter your 100xxxxxx and network password.
• Step 4: Follow the displayed MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) steps to complete the login. For more information please see the Duo (for employees) or Microsoft Authenticator (for students) pages.
