Transition related impacts

Following the transition, you may see some changes to your mailbox. Please be aware that many of these issues will be resolved shortly after the migration.

  • Depending on the speed of your laptop or home internet, it may take time for your emails to fully populate in your inbox. If by the end of the day you don't have all your emails, please contact IT Service Desk.
  • For a few hours following the transition, staff and faculty may notice their Outlook's performance is slow.
  • You will no longer be able to see Durham College staff and Faculty in Ontario Tech's Outlook Global Address List. If you work closely with our Durham College partners, please ensure you save any frequently used email addresses for future reference or use the Durham College Employee Directory. Our team is working with Durham College IT to make this information available again at a later date.
