Virtual Private Network (VPN)
Faculty and staff
The Global Protect Virtual Private Network (VPN) software allows faculty and staff to connect to Ontario Tech resources even when they are off-campus. All Global Protect VPN traffic will be routed through the Ontario Tech network and is therefore subject to the University's Technology Use Policy. Please review the chart below to determine if your Ontario Tech resource will require access to VPN.

How to request and set up VPN access?
- Open VPN form.
- Complete and submit VPN Request form.
- Once your access has been approved, you will receive an email notification from the IT Service Desk.
- Follow the instructions below to install the VPN client.
