Adding a shared mailbox with delegation
Step 1: Scroll down the left sidebar, hover over the Shared with me section and select the ... button to the right.
Step 2: Select Add shared folder or mailbox.
Step 3: Enter the name of the shared mailbox you wish to open and select the Add button. The shared mailbox will appear under the Shared with me section.

Adding a shared mailbox with a username and password
Step 1: Scroll down the left sidebar and select the Add account button.
Step 2: Enter the name of the shared mailbox you wish to open and select the Continue button.
Step 3: Select the Done button. The account will appear as a separate area underneath your personal email address.
