External email banner

To enhance security and flag emails that might be unsafe, Information Technology (IT) Services has added a yellow warning banner to emails that come from outside the university. This banner will act as a reminder to use caution and can help identify emails that may look safe but are not.

Note: This banner may appear differently depending on the device you're using and your Microsoft Outlook settings.

Phishing and other forms of email threats often come from our the university. Clicking links or opening attachments in these emails can expose your device and personal information to risk. This can lead to things like  viruses, stolen accounts or can cause harmful spam to be spread across the organization.
