Classroom audio visual support

The following services are available to all students, faculty and staff to assist with their classroom presentations:

Classroom support

Audio visual service technicians are available for additional classroom support. 

• Setting up equipment.
• Laptop connections.
• Demonstration of audio visual equipment.
• Troubleshooting of in-class audio visual issues.

Audio visual support may be requested by contacting the IT Service Desk. A minimum of 7 days advance notice is required for consideration. A technician will confirm if your request can be accommodated.

Rentals for classroom presentations

• Various equipment can be booked, free of charge, for the duration of your classroom presentation.
