- Make the necessary arrangements to book the room.
- Request a temporary videoconferencing account (bluejeans@uoit.net for Blue Jeans software only) to be set up in your name.
- Account information and step-by-step instructions will be forwarded to you.
- Email the IT Service Desk to request a media service technician if you require further assistance.
