Requesting online exam support
Technical Support Analysts will attend online exams through a Google Meet to assist with software and technical issues. Alternatively, TSAs will attend mid-term and final exams in person. If you wish to request online technical support for mid-term and/or final examinations; complete the below request form at least 10 business days prior to the exam.
PLEASE NOTE: Support for Quizzes and Tests are not able to be accommodated. Requests for support are pending until a confirmation of support is sent to the instructor. Due to large volumes of requests, support is not guaranteed and is pending staffing availability.
