Remote IT Service Desk hours
The IT Service Desk will be available remotely for providing resolution of issues over the telephone, chat and submission of your requests by email. The IT Service Desk email and voice mail inboxes will be remotely monitored for emergency IT-related issues.
Spring/Summer hours of operation will be in effect from May 16 until August 12.

Saturday | 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. |

Monday | 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. |
Tuesday | 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. |
Wednesday | 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. |

All IT Service Desk activities will be closed on the following days:
- May 23, 2022 (Victoria Day)
- July 1, 2022 (Canada Day)
- August 1, 2022 (Civic Day)
