Through a partnership with Google, our undergraduates, graduates, alumni, faculty and staff have access to accounts (firstname.lastname@ontariotechu.ca) powered by G Suite for Education (previously known as UOITnet).  This is a rich suite of communication and collaboration tools designed to enhance our ability to work together.  G Suite for Education is available to users via any internet-connected computer or mobile device.  UOITnet G Suite for Education services include:

Login instructions

  • Students

    In order to log into your OntarioTechU.net account, please follow the instructions below if you:

    • If you are accessing the network for the first time (using a browser on your personal device) -  change the default password.
    • Use your personal network password to login.
  • Faculty and Staff

    If you do not have an account and would like to request one:

    Please visit OntarioTechU.net Account Request tool.

    Please follow the Login Procedure instructions if you are logging in for the first time.

    If you already have an account please follow the steps below.

    1. Go to: http://mail.ontariotechu.net 
    2. You will be prompted by Ontario Tech's authentication to log in with your 100xxxxx and network password.
    3. You will be logged into your OntarioTechU.net account where you can select the application you wish to use.
